About Delivery

General Delivery Guidelines:

Twigs Flowers & Gifts is open Mon - Fri, 9AM-5:30PM and Saturday from 9AM-Noon. We make deliveries during regular business hours unless special arrangements are made well in advance for such occasions as wedding or funerals.

If you place an order online, local delivery, nationwide delivery and international delivery fees will be calculated by our shopping cart at time of purchase.   

We will do our best to follow your requested delivery instructions if noted on your order, however please use the following guidelines when adding special delivery instructions:

Same day delivery is available for most orders received Mon-Fri before 1 P.M. in the delivery time zone. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. and requesting same day delivery may be delivered the following business day.

Order received after 10:00 A.M. on Saturday or requesting Sunday or Holiday delivery may be delivered the following business day.

You are free to request deliveries at specific times of day between the hours of 9 A.M. – 5 P.M., but we cannot guarantee we will be able to honor your request. Please note your requests in the special instruction field on the order form.

Delivery of orders to Rural Routes and Post Office Boxes must include the recipient's telephone number. Recipients will be called prior to delivery for specific delivery instructions. 

Cemetery deliveries cannot be guaranteed and may require additional delivery fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not guaranteed in all locations. Any order received with a Sunday or a Holiday delivery date may be delivered over a three (3) day period of time including one day before or after your requested Sunday or Holiday delivery date.
